2012 April ACT General Discussion

@lifestrife whatever you read about there not being 4 of the same answers in a row (ex: AFAF) is not true, for on one of the official ACT practice tests (which was actually a previous ACT test) there are 4 in a row (GBGB) and they’re all right

@jets i got cools aswell

I also misread and got 8%-_-

@jetskid–
I put that the author wrote in an admiring manner.
I also put cools for the other.
@HopefulDawg
I think I put trunk, since the passage mentioned that the bark and trunk were separate.

Hanks tank or whatever was narrators dad right?

Yea, it was his Dad.

@usnfilms–
Yeah, I think there might have been a four in a row on this test too…I’m not sure whether I read that in an ACT or SAT book, but thanks!

lifestrife-

bark is separate from wood, together they make up the trunk. So its wood

What did you get for te one about the statues? I think it was asking to delete or keep phrase.

and for the fighting scientists passage does anyone remember anything about it because i think i did bad on it? for the one with the chart saying from time 2 to 10 the mass stays the same what study was that?

I thought hank the tank was the narrator?

And there were almost definitely 4 mc in a row at the beginning of the science for me

I thought it was the narrator too but I read onto the next line and it said something like “me being his son.”

Yea guys I thought hank the tank was the narrator?

jetskid-

i think that was scientist 3. the other scientists said the liquid evaporated therefore changing the mass.

hank the tank was the narrator i thought lol

Vicimus - Okay that might have been it. Any other opinions?

So far 3 people say hankthetank was the narrator and 2 say he was the narrators dad.

did anyone have student 3 for the last two questions in that science part

@MrMarkyMark–
You’re right, I mixed that up on here!

Side note, does everyone get the same essay nationwide?

Was it wood for the reading? I got it.
And 48 for the pyramid?
