2014- Math Placement.

Did anyone see on the Blackboard their placement for math, etc. for the next year? (Assuming took APs to get higher level). I see it says that Banner Web will eventually have that info, but it still seems that it is still not updated. I do see on Blackboard where it shows what you should get credit for and placement, with AP exams.

If you got a 4 or 5 on Calc AB (or the Calc AB subscore of Calc BC), you get Math 3 credit and are placed into Math 8/9. If you got a 4 or 5 on Calc BC, you get Math 8 credit and are placed into Math 11/12.

Thanks. I saw the placement chart, but there is an email and video saying they will show your scores and placement on Banner student for math; I guess they use it for placement, etc. We just didn’t see the chart yet. I guess they will have it on the system by the time of orientation.

Yeah. Don’t worry about it. It’s one of those things that students care about in the lead-up to orientation that doesn’t really matter at all.
