The anticipation is killing me. Has anyone called in to find out the exact date we will be notified?
If it was coming out today what time did it come out in previous years?
Most people received an email in the evening around 4 or later.
Do only yeses go out by email or also noes? Is there a particular order by which they’re sent out?
I guess they’re not sending today :((
I’m thinking they just need time to set up finalist portals and other details hopefully tomorrow or day after tomorrow

Lets all hope for the best in this process. This is such an amazing opportunity. Certainly the financial help is great, but I think the trip to Atlanta will be a phenomenal experience with a group of accomplished, intelligent, and outgoing kids. @nsliyromanov same I am looking forward to the weekend most of all if I am lucky enough to move forward. It’s sad because I would venture to say more than half of the semifinalist are truly qualified but most won’t move on
I tried calling them earlier today during their office hours, but the phone kept going to prerecorded messages and would then say they were unavailable. I think they’re receiving too many calls asking the same exact questions, so they’ve just stopped answering.
And same, good luck to all of you as well. I was looking at some of the stats posted earlier, and I don’t even know how I qualified for this stage. I’m the president of several clubs and I founded a tutoring program, but all of my activities are local. My GPA (4.3) and SAT (2080) are average compared to a lot of yours, and I don’t have a straight-A transcript. So yeah, I’m pretty sure I’m not advancing to regionals, and I’m trying to keep myself from getting my hopes too high so I’m not too disappointed, but I’m hoping beyond hope that I get through to the next round, make it through the interviews, and meet all of you in Atlanta!
I called, they said sometime this week. My guess is Friday!

They just tweeted, “Putting the finishing touches on our Regional Finalist list - we’ll be sending notifications to all Semifinalists by next week!”
This would be so much less stressful if they gave us a date 
Looks like it going to be tomorrow. If the results are sent out by next week, it would make sense to send it on Friday and not over the weekend.

I called, they said it isn’t coming out today. Can someone tweet them and see if they mean by the end of next week, or what? I feel like I’ve bothered them enough tbh
I would assume by next Friday. The interviews are on February 5-6th so they have to let us know before then.
