Has anyone successfully used IDOC online upload this year? If so, when did you upload and how long did it take to process the documents?
I uploaded my 2014 tax documents via CSS IDOC service on February 6, 2015. FAQs on the website say, “It takes up to two (2) business days to process the information once the College Board receives it.” After one week, I emailed them. No response. I spoke to a customer service rep this morning who said they were experiencing problems with the website that are affecting all applications. She told me not to worry, all the colleges know about it!
Thanks for posting this and letting everyone know about the glitch! I uploaded my documents on February 8, and got mildly paranoid when I checked today and saw no processed docs yet…
According to this thread, http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/financial-aid-scholarships/1740587-idoc-processing-times-p1.html it seems almost everyone has the same problem. Some even say the wait might be 2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 days.
Uploaded on the 6th and they were just processed today.
We uploaded 8 documents on Feb. 7 and 2 on Feb. 8, total of 10. To date, only 4 have been processed. I have called four times, written three times, posted notes on facebook and twitter. I have been very polite, but no one has returned my calls even though my case has been “escalated.” This is extremely troubling, and I would urge all those having difficulties to write and call as well. The colleges in question are aware of the delay at IDOC.
I submitted 5 pdf file on Feb 17 and so far all have not been processed. Email to College Board was not answered and today the web refused me to send an email. Phone call experienced over 20 minutes waiting in the past week. I gave up but now I am waiting.
