IDOC Processing Time

I uploaded the needed documents on Monday 2/29 and they have still not been processed. I know March 1st is a common due date, and they are likely swamped - but anyone else have a sense on how long this should take? I will call if not processed soon.

Average time is 3-5 days. If you do not see them processed by Monday then you should call them.

@DoctorWho2016 , thanks - today is day four, so I will plan on contacting them on Monday. Thanks!

I’m in same boat and I just called College Board. They’re saying 5-7 business days right now. But colleges will be shown the submittal date, so hopefully that counts for meeting the deadlines.

@pickpocket that’s helpful, thanks for the info.

We submitted 2/28, and showed processed as of sometime on 3/4, but still not “available to institutions.” The ? hyperlink indicates that if it shows as processed but not “available to institution” verify that you have submitted the 2015 1040 and the student’s “non-tax filer statement,” but we have! Any thoughts? What is the number to call for inquiries?

“If you have questions about IDOC, please read our FAQs, view this IDOC tutorial, call 1-305-420-3688 or email help@cssprofile.org.”

I have documents processed on 2/27 also not marked available yet. But my documents from 2/18 are marked available.

This is for a returning student so we are way ahead of our deadline. I am just going to wait it out.

I submitted on 2/28, and checked with a school yesterday (3/4) - they received the documentation yesterday morning.

thanks

@matuskamom the IDOC is telling me it cannot process my documents and send them to my colleges until I upload a 2015 tax return - which I most definitely did! No idea what is going on…

We uploaded our first batch of documents to IDOC on 2/13 and they were processed on 2/17. We uploaded our second document on 2/20 and it was processed on 2/22. We uploaded our third document on 2/29 and it has yet to be processed. I’ve called the College Board’s IDOC Customer Service twice so far. They say there is no problem, they’re just backlogged far more than the 3 business days they claim it takes to process documents on their website. Our daughter is a returning student and the college deadline for receiving the documents is May 15, so IDOC may be prioritizing freshman admissions first. Still, it’s irritating and IDOC should really update their website with a more realistic timeline for current processing time so they don’t get more calls and e-mails from concerned parents and students.
