@eugenius310 I didn’t think CSUSM had a masters program for SW but I could be mistaken. I know SDSU does and thats why I was hoping to get in there. Oh well!
@eugenius310 There are many well-known colleges that offer online degrees. ASU has good programs, but I am not sure if they have social work. They are very expensive, that’s the only negative thing about them. I think their online programs cost about $460 per credit hour. Penn State also has online programs. Google “Social Work online degrees” and see what you find. The universities usually always list their tuition/fees somewhere on the site. Just try to avoid the for-profit colleges.

@ieatsushi Yea CSUCI is only about 15 years old, although the campus itself is older and thus already well developed. I live about 30 minutes away and actually just drove by a few weeks ago. It’s isolated behind a hill about 10 miles from civilization although I got the feeling that once (or if) the area ever develops a college town, it will become a very popular campus as its located in the mountains near Los Angeles, Camarillo, and the beach.

@katrinacullen Same thing happened to me!!!. I decided to send in my transcript since I received my degree in fall 2014 and it shows that I received it in my transcript. I called SDSU today and they said it takes up to three weeks for the verification to show on your profile since it has to refresh. She also said if the transcript shows that you have the AS-T or AA-T its enough proof but it takes up to 3 weeks. I am kinda worried since I sent it a week ago and decisions are already being made. She also said to give them a call back within 2/3 weeks. If something does go wrong you can always appeal just make sure you save any emails that indicate that you have sent them proof of your degree.
@raychill89 I believe that the University of Washington has some online degrees as well. I know someone has already said it, but I am rooting for you to get in.
