2017 - 2018 USC Transfer

@masechka1988 pretty sure they require official transcripts

@masechka1988 You should call and ask. I’m on the semester system, so I didn’t get that.

@masechka1988 it can be unofficial or official. they require the official when you are admitted.

@pomeranian4rich got it thank you! I just asked the transfer center in my cc they say the same thing

Does anyone know judging from last year when they send acceptance/rejection letters? Anything more specific than “before June 1”?

@fiddleleaf123 they will probably start end of April so like in two weeks. But only some people will start hearing back, after end of April (like 25th ish, people get acceptances on a rolling basis. Rejections seem to start later in mid-late may)

I also got the winter grades request, and I sent out my winter grades a week ago. I’m pretty sure they need official transcript.

@mellyjune Thank you!

@Kevinzzz thank you for your response. I ordered an official one today, but even though it is a rush one, it will be ready next Wednesday. It’s just too long. How did you send them? Did you fax or upload on the website?

@masechka1988 I ordered one on my school portal. My school can send the transcript in PDF format, so it only took 2 days for USC to receive it. Maybe yours was also sent in PDF format?

anyone applying to ucla for bus econ? anxiously waiting for next Friday… I rather be rejected by ucla and accepted by usc lol

FUCLA

I’m not even a lifelong USC fan but I’m hopping on the bandwagon

@pomeranian4rich I applied to UCLA also

@pomeranian4rich I also applied to ucla and I’m waiting but I’m going to be at Coachella when decisions come out so I’ll be happy either way LMAO

@dreamla it’s crazy how of the 2.5k applicants that apply to bus econ. only 250 get in… so about 10% omg…
I wonder of the 2.5k applicants how many have 3.9 - 4.0gpa lol

@pomeranian4rich That’s pretty much the same stats you see across the board for the top business majors in California. UCLA, UCI, UCB, & I’m sure Stanford are at 10% or less

@pomeranian4rich I applied, hopefully Friday comes quick

Applying as a freshman transfer from Whitworth University for Marshall in the fall. Have completed 21 semester units so far with a 4.0 and am currently taking 15 credits this semester, which I have all A’s in, including business calculus. Have extracurriculars such as, business club, taking some classes/lessons in the Arts outside of school and have finished/currently writing screenplays. Not sure I’m confident about my chances because I’m a freshman this year, as I assume sophomores get priority.

When you guys keep saying Friday, do you mean tomorrow?? Does everyone think a lot of decisions are coming out then? @pomeranian4rich @jonathaanv
