How casual are you guys going in dress for Saturday? Jean?
^^^ Iām wondering the same thing for my D - business casual seems like not wearing jeans to me, but what do I know? Iām a mom.
We attended the November I2E. Friday evening most people dressed nice, girls in dresses, guys in khakis or dress pants with polo shirt, button down, and or tie, a few wore jackets. Saturday was anything from shorts, jeans, to pants/dresses. Lots in shorts in t-shirts but it was warmer then. I think nice jeans would be fine.
I was planning on Friday to wear dress pants and a blouse, but Saturdayās casual attire concerns me. Maybe jeans and a sweater?
Friday is the business casual day, and Saturday is simply casual so I assume jeans are fine.
Yes I am planning on wearing a nice pair of jeans as well, I really hope I am not under-dressed!
Does anyone have the prompt for the āgoldā group from January I2E? My Dās password is expired and she canāt get in. She looked at it a while back, but now she canāt get in to see it. IT department closed until tomorrow.
This was the prompt for the Honors academic session:
Based on your experience at Invitation to Excellence, particularly your participation in the āSickness Unto Deathā session, what would you identify as the most distinctive feature of a Baylor education, and in what ways do you find that feature attractive? Limit your response to 750 words.
^^^ Thank you! Youāre a lifesaver!
Does anyone remember if they said the Faculty Scholarship notifications would happen by March 1 or on March 1?
@sammyanntx BY March 1st. Could be any day now!
My daughter is on pins and needles, if anyone hears anything can you please let us know.
@sammyanntx DS too! Baylor is his first choice and unfortunately, Faculty Scholarship is likely the only way we can afford it.
@S18D20mom, we are in the same boat!
We are anxiously waiting to hear back as well.
Weāre waiting to find out also. Any day nowā¦
