@star7rulz I didn’t read your whole post when I answered earlier, yes if you attended the counseling session you are on TTP and there is no further confirmation. You are good. They don’t roll out all TTP at once, so don’t worry, you are as close to certain of getting in as you can be if you are in the gpa range.
So this year, TTP packages started arriving on 3/30, a week after regular decision (which mailed on 3/22 an started arriving 3/23) while in 2017 some TTP got theirs same time as regular decisions. And while the 8,000 regular decisions were sent and not trackable through USPS, the TTP packages are being seen in USPS.
Sorry for the extra post, this is just note to self for next year.

When do you expect non-TTP to start hearing back?
They usually start rolling just after TTP, but they dribble out, it is painfully slow, sorry. A guess (only a guess I hope it is sooner than later) would be mid to end of next week as a start with the bulk mid April to mid May. I know, it is soooo long.
Any TTPs from SMC get a package?

I have not heard that but don’t think that would be a set in stone kind of thing.

@patanon hey, idk if anyone replied to your question but I legit just called USC cuz I got the same thing. So basically USC wants to see your spring grades, so once you’ve submitted those, then you’ll get a decision. I’m assuming your applying as a sophomore applicant. Essentially, from some other threads I’ve seen, you aren’t guaranteed or anything, but if you do well, or at least hit your last semesters GPA or higher, you have a really good shot at getting in, so we just gotta buckle down this quarter/semester.
Thanks for the info! Really appreciated. Is there any differences between the students who receive their decisions earlier than later (Like major, # of credits, ect), or is it all random?
Hey guys new to this thread and I am reading some of the posts and I am pretty confused… Have some transfer applicants received their decisions already? Should we all be hearing back pretty soon?

@elleerain Big Congrats to you! Could you share more info? Units completed, GPA, and which college at USC will you attend?
I am also a TTP applicant, achieved a 3.95 GPA for last Fall. I am still anxiously waiting for any news from USC.
