Hello,
I am currently a CC student who has big plans to transfer to USC or UCSB in the fall of 2018. In high school, my GPA was sub-par (2.7) because I missed a lot of school days, so I decided to go to CC to get a fresh start, and I will try to maintain a 3.8 GPA throughout my CC career. I know I am smarter than my high school GPA suggests - I am quite confident that I could possibly get into these schools if I stay focused.
I have questions, though:
Should I schedule my classes to fit the prereqs at these particular schools? (I have the GE requirements for USC)
Can someone get into USC with a GPA below a 3.7?
What is the average UCSB transfer GPA?
Thank you.
