3.4 GPA.. top 3%? Scared?

I have a 3.4 GPA (all B's this term) in 6 AP classes and i'm ranked in the top 5% (13/315) of my class. How will the admissions officers see this? (im a senior applying to top schools and got a 33 on the ACT)

*sorry, the title is a typo and i cant fix it

They might see it as grade deflation.

thanks!

i’m totally over-stressing, but what if my high school is considered “average”? Also, i got a B in APUSH, but a 760 on the USH SAT II. I performed similarly in math as well. Does this confirm the “grade deflation”?

Like people tell me, relax! Yes that is grade deflation and adcoms are smart enough to recognize it with the SAT 2’s and the class rank

Don’t worry too much.
