3.70 Unweighted GPA, 2270 SAT I, do I even have a chance?

Hello, I am a Korean-American kid (currently attending an international school in Taiwan) who has been educated in English for only three years. I started off as an ESL student, but I got 2270 (710 C/R, 780 Math, 780 Writing) on the SAT I in June. I think my SAT I score is pretty good, but since my GPA is considered to be "unimpressive" by the standards of the most highly selective schools, I wonder where I should apply and where I shouldn't apply. I need some advice. By the way, I applied ED to Brown University because it's where I would really love to go. One more question. I took the SAT I again yesterday, and if I score over 2350, would my chances become higher despite my "low" GPA?

SAT IIs: 790 Math IIC, 770 Chem, 700 US History
AP's: 5 Chem, 4 English Language and Composition, 4 US History

I guess no one wants to evaluate my chances :(

i guess ur right

3.7 is lower, but your chance is great.
write down your GPA of grades please.
Grade 9
Grade 10
Grade 11

3.7 isn't really that low.

It depends on your courses I guess. If you are taking it easy and getting that GPA, then it might be a problem. Otherwise, if you've taken a difficult curriculum, it doesn't seem that bad.

Nice spread of schools, you should get into most. Reaches will be AWS and Columbia. The rest look like matches or mild reaches.

ISn't the USC program only for CA residents?

ECs?

What is your class rank?

Wow, nice SATs, but colleges won't let you in just on that.
What are your extracurriculars???
