The first time i took the ACT was during the State testing in March. I got a 29 Composite with a 29 English, 27 Math, 30 Reading, and 28 Science. I took it a second time in June hoping to get at least a 30 and i did. I got a Composite 30, Engish 34, Math 28, Reading 32, and science 25 :(((( As you can see my science went down a lot. Is it still possible for me to score higher than a 30? how can i better improve my science and math? any tips would be helpful!!!

I went from 30 to a 31 then after studying got a 35 so I would say yah it’s definitely possible. I would definitely recommend the Barron’s 36 book it really helped.

what exactly did you do to study? like what kinds of other resources did you use other than the barrons book?

I literally just read through the book and worked out its problems. I did a few extra math questions from the blue book. For science I no you probably don’t want to hear it, but practice is the best once you have learned the basics.
