31 On the ACT Science Section, good enough ?

Got 680 SAT Physics pretty bad
SAT Math level 2: 790
Computer Engineering
So some universities like Duke or Columbia recommend but dont require SAT 2 subjects since i wrote the ACT.
So ill submit my math, but my physics isnt that great! So like in that case is a 31 on the Science section good enough for such colleges that dont require but recommend SAT subjects.

31 on the ACT is nothing special. Why do you think it is a substitute for a subject test score? Just submit your physics score and hope for the best.

But they dont REQUIRE right ? Like, will NOT sending SAT Physics screw my application ?

You’re obsessing over something that will have very little impact (if any) on your application. Your chance of getting into these schools as an international with your ACT of 32 is very low. Your physics subject test is not your problem.
