Ouch, slow stater but you are obviously smart. BU has a holistic approach to admissions so they may see you as smart but not into coursework.

Your GPA is on an uptrend but you need to address the under-achiever optics. Perhaps do other coursework at a college during the summer or something.

You look like a shoe in at northeastern, they care little about success in school and all about numbers if you are looking for and attuned to that type of college experience but BU ties success to classwork more than Standardized test scores.

You may be deferred to CGS to prove your ability to focus and be successful in your coursework

If you look at the decisions thread here on CC you will see that no one is a shoe in for Northeastern. It would be a low reach.

I agree that BU CGS would be a match.
