What are my chances? boston university early decision

what are my chances at BU early decision?
Quick background:i’m finishing junior year now, I am an indian/white mix, and come from a privileged suburb. I believe BU is need blind but I don’t qualify for/need financial aid. I go to a fairly small public high school in urban wisconsin, very very few kids have gone to bu. My school offers very few ap classes and no honors, also doesn’t rank. I have taken the most rigorous cirriculum my school offers besides not taking ap english (we have much more interesting english classes) Only Ap I took junior year was stats which I took alongside pre calc (got an A). My senior schedule includes ap calc, apes, ap french, political theory (weighted course), sociology, creative writing and comp for college.
GPA 3.8 (weighted but only one ap class) My GPA has a very significant upward trend. 3.45ish first semester of freshman year to above a 4.0 second semester junior year. It went up every semester.
27 ACT, which I know is low low but it will probably bump a bit after I take it again, highest sub score was math (29)
Activities:
freshman and sophomore stuco rep
junior class president
will be treasurer on stuco exec board senior year
4 years key club
NHS
did a study abroad summer going into freshman year
summer into junior year I took a 4 week course (in business) at University of socal where I got college credit
I want to major in business
Essay should be good and will probably be about my journey with chronic pain and how I grew from it ( is this too generic?)
Letters of rec also will likely be strong, from a teacher that taught me french freshman year then economics junior year.
I have showed demonstrated interest by touring and emailing admissions staff

Being full pay will help but you need to get at least a 30 ACT. Otherwise select the CGS option.

Yeah a 27 ACT would even make CGS a pretty big stretch. Definitely focus on getting your ACT up.

Try the SAT as well as the ACT, maybe it’s the time limit on the ACT that’s holding you back. Your extracurriculars seem good, don’t worry about the rank (my school didn’t rank either) or where you’re from (I’m also from a pretty privileged suburb). I’m in CAS, not questrom, so I’m not sure about all the differences in admission between the two, but in general, even if your essay topics are “generic” I think that as long as you tell the story well enough without being cheesy, you’ll be fine. Try to get a letter of rec from someone else that taught you junior year, instead of your freshman year teacher, so many people told me this, and I think they were right. Good luck!
