<p>Part of the 3rd floor of New is the Cinema Floor. You should see if your housing thing says you’re in a special interest floor. If it says you’re part of the Cinema floor, then I’d assume you are, if not, then you’re probably on just the “normal” 3rd floor of New.</p>
<p>Every year is different, of course, but S#1 and S#2 both started out in 3rd floor New (at different times.) Akalboy is correct- it’s just a small area for the Cinema students- but that turned out to be a good thing. S’s both said they benefited from the great supply of DVD’s the Cinema students had as including new movies. They also were a very creative bunch and brought lots of fun to the floor! New/North is very big so don’t worry about being isolated. You will have lots of friends in all departments.</p>
