7/8 year combined BS/MD (med) programs

I am 100% sure that I want to be a doctor so I want to try to get into one of these 7/8 year programs to get rid of the stress of applying to med school after undergrad.

So if anyone is familiar with these programs, please chance me and give me advice!

My Stats:

34 ACT Composite [36 English, 36 Reading, 34 Math, 29 Science]-I know that it's low in science but the ACT science section sucks...

By the end of high school (so including senior year), I will have taken 10 AP classes (1 sophomore year, 3 junior year, and 6 senior year).

My extracurricular activities are:
-Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper senior year; News Editor junior year; reporter sophomore year
-President of the Muslim Student Association as a senior; member for the 3 years prior to that
-Vice President of Spanish Club sophomore and junior years; elected to be President senior year
-Emergency Room Volunteer Receptionist at a local hospital; award for completion of 200 hours
-NHS and Spanish National Honor Society member
-Track Team member freshman and sophomore year (could not continue because of an injury)
-ASA Oxford summer program during the summer before my junior year; received an A and an A- in the two courses I took there
-District Leadership Conference attendant

I'm not planning on taking the SAT, but I will be taking the Biology, Math Level 2, and Literature SAT IIs in the fall...are these the right ones to take?

I want to apply to at least some of these programs:
University of Illinois-Chicago GPPA (I live in Illinois)
Wayne State's MedStart
University of Southern California
Michigan State (I can't find any info online on its program though)
Rice University
Union College/Albany Medical College
Case Western
Indiana State U
University of Rochester
University of Miami
University of Rhode Island/Brown Med School
and if I don't get into any of these, then I'm planning on going to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for undergrad and then applying to med school afterwards.

If any of these schools are a reach/unattainable, I would like to know now so that I can apply to different schools!
Thanks!

I think you have a strong chance at Mich. State and Indiana. I can’t till which state you live in, but UIUC has an amazing MSA, from what I know. I have a relative who goes there who says it is really a close-knit group, so that might help in getting through college!
