<p>Does GT factor Senior 1st semester grades in? I'm just thinking if I can pull off some good grades next year, my GPA could rise from 3.43 and as far up to 3.68 which coupled w/ a 32 ACT/2160 SAT should get me in.</p>
<p>They do count first semester grades for regular admission. If you are pushed to the waitlist, they use the first half of second semester.</p>

<p>The whole GPA thing - do you think Admissions will deduce from the fact that I’ve gotten a:</p>
<p>B in Geometry
A- in Algebra II
A- in Pre Calc</p>
<p>and gotten 800 on SAT Math Reasoning, 760 Writing, and likely an 800 on SAT Math II that my school is rigorous and I’m probably smarter than my 3.43 makes me look?</p>
