So after scheduling my whole high school classes with my teachers, turns out I am going to graduate with 8 science (Physics Honors, Biology Honors, AP Biology, Chemistry Honors, AP Chemistry, Zoology Honors, AP Environmental, and BioChem Honors). Would this be beneficial or just pointless? Thanks!

It’s pointless if you don’t like the classes you scheduled or believe that taking an additional class would affect your grades. If you like them, then go for it!

Well, I’m quite jealous ._.

If you like science, of course it’s not pointless!

Wow your school offers Biochemistry AND Zoology! Super duper truper jealous! I’m only taking seven sciences in my high school career.

I would have totally gone that but I wanted to do Orch.

Totally pointless. You should have tried to ask for independent study on a few fields? AP ES? Could have taken AP Physics C instead. And Zoology? Seriously? I’m mostly criticizing Zoology and AP ES. They were more of a waste of time that could have been used for further studies in physics, which you only have a high school year of.

Thanks everybody for the quick replies. Of course I am a huge science fan. My interest is animals and the environment. Regarding the last comment, those two are my favorite courses, I am not a big fan of physics. Of course I would love to go to Cornell to study applied ecology, which focuses on a lot of conservation. I mean if I want to major in something like that in the future, wouldn’t it be better than physics? I don’t know, maybe I’m clueless!

Yes it is better then Physics. But I’m on the fence about regular Physics, it just math and was way too easy for me, but the workload was continuous (every week we have to learn some new stuff) The highlights were of course the labs, It was the first time i learn how to do a “lab report” And I ace both.
