<p>So...I just got a random, unexpected phone call from a current student at a school I applied to RD. </p>

<p>Oh...she was just calling to see if I had any questions. I didn't really off the top of my head, so she asked my how my senior is going, how my classes are, what I think of the schools I applied to, what my HS is like and living in NM...pretty conversational. I felt like I was talking to a friend.</p>
<p>i remember reading a brown article that said they wanted students to call admitted students to better welcome them to the university.</p>
<p>maybe one student from your college jumped the gun?</p>
