I also have broomball games about once/week.

What is broomball? I'm curious...

Broomball is similar to hockey, except you play in regular shoes so you fall down a lot. It's like Miami's official intramural sport. There are official shoes, but only really serious players buy them. The stick is about as tall as a hockey stick-- maybe a bit shorter-- but the blade is only about 4-6 inches wide. You're allowed to kick the ball to move it down the ice, but if you score on a kick, it doesn't count. There are 6 players on the ice at one time, including a goalie. If you google it, there are probably better explanations out there.

Sounds fun.

weekends:
A pretty unstructured combination of sleeping, homework, and hanging out with friends. Usually this will include a bus trip to Amherst or Northampton for shopping or just hanging out.

Not included in this schedule are band practice (tuesday evenings) and various events such as lectures, org meetings, or social events that don't really have a schedule. Also, 6-7 hours a day of homework is inaccurate, since that tends to be interrupted by checking e-mail, going up and downstairs for laundry, cleaning the room, fixing my hallmate's computer problems, and the various other distractions of a young college student.
