Hello all, I just got admitted to UCLA. I have a question that bugs me a lot. Any knowledge on those would be appreciated.

First of all, I want to say......Go Bruins!!!!!!!!!!

My question is that I will be living on campus for two years ( I meant completely live there). Do you think I should buy a motorcycle for...(I don't know. May be I will find a internship in LA?) and buy a bicycle for going to classes from my dorm? Do you think it's necessary?

i'd walk to class. bike people on campus are annoying and unless you're super skilled on the bike you might not take too kindly to the hills. there are a whole lot of hills. and stairs. and hills with stairs.

the motorcycle...maybe. you still have to park it and stuff. maybe wait until you get here to decide? hopefully you will find internships but since that's kind of far out right now i feel like you could wait to see how much you'd need one.

motorcycles... scare the hell out of me. if you need to get around LA, either take the bus or get a ride from an older friend. people bum rides off of others all the time. that's down the road anyway.

for on campus, how good are you with a scooter? scooters and skateboards are more popular than bikes, but again, only good if you don't kill yourself or others down the hills...

Thank you guys!! HUm.....I think if I use a skateboard, I will be dead before I can kill anybody else....HAHA. Scooters? You meant electric-powered ones?
