A letter from UF

Hey guys, so I got a letter from UF stating that they need more than just my Driver's License to be sure that I am a resident of Florida. It says "If applicable, please respond directly on this form and return to our office."

So my two questions are 1. What other documentation? I don't have voter's registration. And 2.) how do i send it? By fax, scan or mail?

The 3 documents they normally require are driver’s license, voter’s registration (which you normally sign up for when you get your driver’s license), and car registration. All have to be dated 1 year previous to the 1st day of class in the semester you are requesting in-state residency. Other documents that might be helpful, would be W-2 forms/income tax returns, and a letter from your employer. Are you 24 years of age or older? If not, these items need to be from your parent, unless you qualify under special circumstances (military, etc) Check the “Residency” page on UF’s website for more information. Good Luck!
