I was wondering if you guys think I should add a recommendation letter to my application by my previous employer. I worked ( I quit to focus on college apps) at a TV Station as Master Control Operator(which basically is the person who makes sure everything is running and that everything will run, a pretty important situation). Like if I were to mess up the station would lose thousands of dollars(It's a fox affiliate by the way, so a lot of people would see my mistakes). I played a big role in the first two months or so in the station's creation. I did all of the technical stuff until they hired a full time engineer. I worked about 25 hours a week.

Now if you could chance me and give me your input on my YourSpace supplement.

Male Early Decision II

33 ACT (35M,33S,33E,31R)

GPA UW: 3.7
GPA W: 4.31
Top 20% in my class rank.
I have a recommendation letter by my psychiatrist explaining how I used to have a lot of problems with the constant changing of medication (ADHD & Bipolar) and a lack of a counselor. It also talks about how amazed he is that I was able to even keep that kind of a GPA and couldn't imagine how I would by the time I'm ready for college.

Pretty good essays & letters of recommendation.

I think my YourSpace supplement will really stand out. It's a video I made about my main passion flowboarding/surfing and how that motivated me to begin my own team and company (I taught myself Graphic Design, Video editing, and website designing) that sold apparel of shirts I designed. I did everything myself.
Here is the video:

Surfing/Flowboarding- would practice for 7 hours everyday during the summer. And go to about 10 competitions across the country. Placed a lot of times. Got 2nd at this summer's National Championships and 4th at the previous summer's.

Debate: Varsity, lots of placings, was one round away from qualifying to nationals, which is extremely hard to do in my area.

WLC/FBLA: member for four years. Not much of a leadership position.

Created a group about having people who don't belong to any sports or clubs feel more like they are a part of a family at school and actually enjoy it.
