A Scam or not (not NSLC OR NYLF)

<p>So here is the situation...</p>

<p>I entered my poem to American Poets Society online just to see what would happen. This was like 3 weeks ago. I got a letter back today saying they have selected my poem to publish in their new book called "Expressions". The book costs about $50 plus $8 shipping and handling. </p>
