What's it like? How many classes do people typically take per day or per semester? How's the general "school" atmosphere? Thanks.

classes: depends on how you make your schedule. i know people who put all classes on two days a week (anywhere between 4-6 classes is the norm) or you can space them out more evenly....i also know people who have all their classes before noon and those that have none before 2pm...all up to you.

general school atmosphere: i have no clue what you mean

I think a typical day varies significantly from student to student. Your day is what you make of it.

in 8 semesters i never felt that my class schedule was ever all up to me...and if you are in one of those harder SEAS majors you will feel the same way too.

I wake up.

I shower. With Soap.

I eat breakfast.

Sometimes I cry for no reason.

I wake up.

I get dressed.

I take my meds.

ok i admit as soon as you start taking major requirements that your choice is limited.

however, for first year, there are almost always at least 2 sections for the same class. i mean seriously, how many lit.hum, u.writing, or calculus sections are there? its plenty to be able to personalize the first year

HAHAHAHAHAH! bipolar bear!

except you dont get to choose your u writing and lit hum class first semester so your pretty screwed there if they put u in a 9am section.

what did they do for your 2nd semester shraf? cuz this year they let everyone pick a u.writing/FoS/gateway section for themselves....is that new or no?

i was thinking that if it was new maybe it'll carry over to next semester?
