AA during High School questions?

So i will be graduating high school with 60 credits at my community college, and as a senior i havnt taken my ACT or SAT yet but i have taken the pert for the CC. Should i take the ACT or SAT if i want to use transfer credits to a university with a 2 year degree already in hand?

I will be going from Daytona State to hopefully UCF or USF, going for DPT

Will you be applying to college as a frosh or a transfer? If you apply as a frosh, it is much more likely that you will need to take the SAT or ACT.

It is usually better to apply as a frosh for various reasons (not all schools accept a lot of transfers, scholarships may be less available for transfers, etc.). If you come in as a frosh with 60 credits already, you will still have the option of graduating in two years if your 60 credits work toward graduation in your major, but you can take longer if not or you want to take more courses.

I was going to apply as a transfer student, but from reading around it sounds like i might as well apply as a freshy. But since i laid of the ACT or SAT for so long, what if i dont have my score on point like lets say i get a 25 on the ACT, the avg for UCF is a 27, since taking college courses already increase my chances at getting into a Uni?

Generally colleges have definitions of who applies as a fr vs. transfer, you don’t get a choice. For instance for UCF:

Hmmm, maybe i should have looked more into that thank you! (:
