<p>are you referring to the little blue envelope you get if your credit card/check bounced after the first try? </p>
<p>if so, they need to be postmark by 1/31 since it states on the note that you have exactly 2 weeks to send this (i got it about a week and half ago) but i would be safe and send it in tomorrow. </p>

<p>i'm also aware of the "Pay Fees" option on the status web site. if the rule is 'received', i've always got that option til saturday.</p>
