Hey all,

I just wandered that when admission decisions are sent out, does an acceptance letter defer from a rejection letter (i.e. acceptance comes in packet v. rejection letter in standard envelope)?

My son was accepted early in Novemebr. Letter he got was a reasonably fat one - clearly much more than a single sheet of paper. I don't know if the rejection letter is a thin one though.

As of a few years ago the rejection letter was just one sheet of paper and was in a normal sized envelope :(. Good luck!

My son's acceptance was in a big envelope, and you could see the word, "Congratulations" in the clear address opening of the letter.

docmom is correct. I recall also now that you could see the "Congratulations" even before envelope was opened.

Thanks everyone!
