Is it hard to get accepted from UCF, if I have a 3.0 weighted GPA and 1990 on the SAT?
I am from out of state, so I was wondering if there are additional requirements or steps.

UCF is currently the hardest public university to get into because of its many applicants. UCF receives about 25,000 applicants per year and can only accept about 5,000. I’ve spoken to the president of admissios and he said that 20,000 of those applicants could be potential students, it’s just that there is limmited space. So yeah, you could say the acceptance rate is like 25%.

Don’t listen to anyone that says that UCF is easy to get into. UCF is waaayyyy underrated. You have a very giid SAT score but you’re GPA’s kinda low.

yea, last year 24,000 students applied and only 7,000 got in

I think you guys may have the number of students who were admitted and enrolled, rather than just everyone who got accepted. On my high school college search program, these were the stats I found:

Freshman
Received: 32335
Accepted: 15125
Percent Accepted: 46.78%
Enrolled: 6364

I am a prospective student as UCF is my dream school I’m applying for Summer B term because my GPA isn’t good enough for Fall at a 3.4, and took SATs today which I have a good feeling about!

Your test scores are definitely where you want them to be 920810 but your GPA is unfortunately pretty low. You should apply anyway but may get deferred or offered summer term.
