<p>Okay, I received my email on Sunday stating that I was a semifinalist but today I was emailed again with a rejection letter. What?????</p>
<p>I'm a bit nervous, but I guess I should call. :\

“We have just concluded reviewing<em>nearly 90,000 applications. It was a very difficult review process as there were many impressive</em>applications in this year’s pool. However, with our limited resources we can only select 250 Finalists.” </p>
<p>Selecting finalists hasn’t even begun yet. Don’t they mean 2,000 semifinalists?</p>
