Do you think I have a chance to be accepted to this school, if you believe I can get accepted and that there is a high possibility, what do you I will get in regards to financial aid/scholarships (Parents combine to make less then 80,000 dollars a year)

you'll probably get in....yay for a fellow latin club member. btw, you might want to post this thread elsewhere. as far as financial aid goes, i have no idea.

Taking for granted that you are applying to the College of Letters and Science, you should spend some time in your essay(s) explaining your grades. In general, they will not be competitive though your SAT scores will take some of the heat off the grades. The extracurriculars will also go a long way in your favor. You look like an excellent candidate but if I were an admissions person I'd really want to understand what was going on in the freshman and sophomore years. Is your school particularly academically demanding?
