I just got in! I've been emailing them daily for the past two weeks and they just got back to me now. CNCL don't worry about the delay, they were changing Associate Directors. I'm going to have one tough decision to make now :). Good luck to everyone who has yet to hear.

Congrats Eddie! Now I am really envious of you, and indeed, it will definitely be a very tough decision to make. All I really want at this point is an acceptance to Cornell. Did you get an email informing your acceptance? Did they mention any numbers for this year? I would assume the decisions have been finalized but I really wouldn't know...

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are actually in the midst of changing Associate Directors, so they wanted to review your file together. At this time we would like to offer you admission into our A&EP program here at Cornell.

Congratulations, and we look forward to hearing from you. You will officially be contacted by the Admissions Office.

It was in response to an email I had written telling them that I had to reply to Dartmouth this coming week. Thanks and good luck...

Thanks, I guess that somewhat explains it, keep me updated if you got anything new!
I guess you haven't heard from all the schools yet but any ideas where are you leaning towards?

I haven't heard from Stanford yet. But to tell you the truth, it's probably between Cornell and Dartmouth right now. I don't know which way to go and I probably won't know until the last minute. If anyone would like to help me in the decision-making process, I would welcome it with open arms. Thank you for all the help and support in these past months and I hope good news is contageous.

I don't know enough of Darthmouth to give it a fair judge, but I would say something similar to hnbui. Especially that I love the diversity Cornell would offer on top of the excellent academic experience.

I think Cornell engineering is definitely more recognized than Dartmouth. That said both programs are great so if you really can't decide go with the one that has a better finaid. And I am not being biased as I am 90% sure that I will go to UVA business over Cornell ILR. (Not to compare the two programs side by side, but I think I would be more interested in finance and accounting. There is always MILR) =)

Thanks for the responses. I'm going to list Dartmouth's and Cornell's pluses, let me know if I'm wrong or if there is something that I am definitely missing.

Cornell
+Better Engineering program.
+More diverse.
+More research opportunities.
+A&EP = Awesome program.
+Two really good friends there (Probably live with one and he's an A&EP also)

Dartmouth
+Small Community.
+Easy to assimilate into campus as transfer.
+Opportunity to Study Abroad.
+Better Internship Opportunities (Quarter system - I can apply for internships during winter term, when most schools are in fall semester)
+Smaller classes = More contact with professors.

Those are some of my reasons for attending each school (Keep in mind that the reasons are relative to each other, not absolute). Let me know if anything there is blatantly wrong or if I omitted anything important.

No, the message didn't change. I received the decision informally through email because of a pressing deadline at another school. Good luck with your decision.
