Accepted!!!!!

If you thought that by my post I implied that I am thought Gallatin is easier to get into, that's not what I meant. I've just heard that Gallain places more emphasis on the essay and the students potential and ability to take advantage of the unique program. Last2AcntsBanned, do you like Gallatin? Is it what you expected?

Gallatin is amazing. Back to what I said earlier, I have a few friends from top private schools, in the 1400s on SAT, high GPA, etc etc...

Gallatin is amazing, while my friends are taking huge lecture core classes, I was able to create a schedule with 3 seminars and one lecture (econ), next semester it will be two lectures and two seminars. again, Both lectures are prereqs for classes that I want to take, as opposed to core classes I have no interest in. Its all i expected, personal advising, profs who care about you, very nice admisitration, great students.

does anyone know the average SAT score for Tisch is?
also GPA

Last2AcntsBanned, when/if you apply to Gallatin, are they expecting you to have your career pretty well picked/planned or can you just have some general ideas? What's your concentration?

I've wanted to go to law school for a while. Im doing something with Economics, politics... etc. Once you get here you have plently oppertunity to explore various career paths etc.

how come no one else got anything

hey, i just stumbled across this site.

anyways, i was offered admission to GSP too. my letter was dated 11/22 and it arrived on 11/25. i accepted but i'm still waiting for the "official acceptance packet" and paperwork.

Do you mind posting your stats? (sat/gpa/rank etc)

yeah me too i started the post. im still waiting on that official packet it probably comes out with the rest...what school did you apply to?
