<p>Yeah, Accutane seriously should only be a last resort. The VERY last. Even some dermatologist won’t even give it to you or recommend it.</p>
<p>And acne isn’t caused by dirt… it’s caused by oil being clogged.
Depending on the type of dirt you put on your face, you can actually make a mud mask and zap all that oil. :P</p>
<p>I recommend using Proactiv; I’ve found it to be rather effective.</p>

if you knew anything about dermatology, you would know that washing your face CORRECTLY on a regular basis solves acne problems better than rubbing white **** on your face.
Wet, use soap and towel, scrub like none other. And if that’s not enough, put rubbing alcohol on it.</p>
<p>scrubbing irritates skin… just no.</p>
<p>Im talking moderate/severe acne not benign blemishes</p>
