ACT April 4 ---- main discussion

yeah i took it in february with a cold that was almost as bad as the flu so i was constantly sneazing and coughing, and i couldn't concentrate on reading
i've been getting anywhere in the range from 27-31 on practice readings
overall i had a 27 in february but i'm not satisfied with it because i know i can do much better
i don't want to make any predictions for this test but i'm really hoping i can get 30 or above

The log one was between 6 and 7 because if you use the logarithmic change-of-base formula you get exactly 6.5

I think I scored a 31 or 32. I know Math and Science will be a 32 and 27, respectively, but English and Reading are two vital factors right now. On my first test, I scored a 30.

I think I failed after reading all the threads, lol.

I might have gotten like a 24 or something.=/

I literally think I got a 36 in reading. Even though it might be a light curve

I'm guess I'll get a 32 In english

I hope get at least 29 in Math and Science.

So a 32 composite would be ideal.

i'm hoping for anything in the thirties..

if i think i only missed around 3 on the math what would that convert too?

About a 33-34

I got a 30 in December and thought I did badly. I think this time I did awesome. I have been comparing on the threads and it's pretty much confirming my beliefs. I really want my scores!!! 10 days

i really want my scores also! i am kinda nervous about the science section though

Is April 15 the first day scores can be viewed on line? D took the test for the first time and I read on the official test site that mc scores are available beginning on the 15th. Does it depend on where you live?

Yay 10k views :D. Yeah can't wait for scores.

vaultipod, if you only missed 3 math i bet you got a 35 cause on the feb act i missed one and still got a 36, and im pretty sure you could have also missed 2 to get a 36

i doubt that the curve will be that high

anyone know the answer to the ratio of the triangles question

1:1. Omg, there's a thread with all the answers.. stop asking ones that have been talked about :(

Omg; stop being a forum troll.

i dont have the time to read 50 pages f-head

Praying for a 32 so no retake =)

wat was the octane formula?
was it iso/(iso+hep) x 100

was the first column iso, and the second heptane??

yes it was iso/(iso+hep)x100
