ACT April 4 ---- main discussion

dana i think you could definitely be right.it may have been 13/2 that makes sense

does anyone know if my answer for the radius inside the cube is correct? i'm pretty sure its not 2sqrt3

I think the log one was 13/2, actually. That would make much more sense.

what was the answer for the one with the drawing that was like you go 30 feet then 45 feet at angle 45....???

damn, i dont catch on to the formula because i dont know how you get 48, but i believe i probly did something wrong. and also there was a question with function f and g. which one had a linear relationship or something like that was the question. do you know if you picked the one on the right or left??

It was E, the longest answer with all the sq roots.

vaultipod i said the one on the right...i think i said 0.2

I just got 48 by adding the squares of the length, width, and height, which were all 4. Remember, the edge was 4? So 16 +16+16=48.

The function one was f, I'm pretty sure. I think the answer was D?

Wasn't it the one on the left? But I think I got 0.2 also.

^i think D was 0.2 yeah

Think, guys, think!!! What other questions?

which one are you guys talking about

yeah it might have been on the left i dont really remember

Hey, in reading, did you guys say that the book became her companion over several years or months?

years
she said specifically, "the next summer"

Okay good.

Great I just realized something... everytime it asked for the date, I think I wrote my birthdate instead.....

Will my scores be delayed becuase of that?

where did it ask for the date?
didnt it only ask for it when we signed the declaration?
on the top of the booklets it asked for our date of birth

i thought that the first section of reading was VERY boring

yeah that jazz passage was very boring and confusing at points
that woman, hattie had like nothing to do with the story

Oh, really? OK that's good. Haha. It was just such a blur, I barely remember what happened.

How do you guys think you did overall? Have you taken it before?
