ACT confusion

Two things:

 1. I’m not really sure as to how good ACT scores are compared to SAT. What would a 35 composite be equivalent to in SATs? Have I improved over a 750M 750V 690W SAT superscored? Do colleges prefer either test?

I don’t see how I got a lower total section score than the two subscores added together. I will post my result page.

Thanks to anyone who responds.

ok here we go:
1. in my opinion, your act is better. almost all universities accept act and sat. i noticed you said that that is your "sat superscored." considering that many colleges do not superscore, the act is (again) your best bet. feel free to send both though. the universities will only look at the one that they feel is the better score... so you can't lose.

2.they don't add up. don't question it. thats just the way it is.

Go to the ACT site - they explain scores vs sub scores
