ACT Testing

Hi, I know the answers to this question are on every single colleges website, but if anyone knows and has the time to comment, could they let me know which schools mandate score reports? For example, which schools make it mandatory to report each and every sat or act test scores you received.

The reason I am asking this question is because I have never taken the ACT, and I just want to try it out. But I am worried colleges might see a low score (have not prepped or studied at all) and be discouraged.

I know there might be an extensive list, so if you could just say the colleges in the top 30 or well known colleges in your list.

Thanks for your time!

Thanks a lot! @“Erin’s Dad”

There is an update to that list in that Yale, which has switched from requiring subject tests to recommending but not requiring them, now allows you to send whatever subject test scores you want to send while still requiring either all SATs or all ACTs… Also, in a blog, Cornell has verified that you can send either all SATs or all ACTs, plus all subject tests, clearing up any ambiguity.
