<p>I know my ACT scores and GPA suck. Those are the primary factors of admission. The EC’s don’t matter much. My friend got in at 27 and was accepted in a month. I applied in Nov and received their decision Mid Jan. Good luck, people! Do better than me :)</p>

<p>Comments–I liked Wisconsin when I visited last year. Don’t know if I want to go to such a huge school, but the science and engineering programs are excellent. And it’s a great value, even for OOS. (Have you seen what Carnegie Mellon charges? Insane!)</p>
