Admission Decisions?

does anyone know if the decisions will be emailed or will they appear on the Princeton portal account we made? (with the pin and such)

the anticipation is killing me!

they will be posted on: notify.princeton.edu/, and a letter will, if accepted, accompany the email.

Any clue on the date? I have this hazy idea they notify on the 28th, but I am really not sure where that number came from.

All the ivies, including Princeton, are releasing decisions on the 28th

Just got an email from the admissions office saying decisions will be available on the 28th at 5PM EDT.

Ivy day for 2013 is 3/28 ( 5pm EST)

Both portal and mail.

Princeton’s going to be giving me my only “hard copy” rejection letter!! Haha!!
All the others don’t bother sending a mail to rejected applicants!! :p

Did everyone get this email? I never received the email that milan95 is talking about.

magentaturtle, my son got the same email this morning.

i havent received any email from princeton either

I got the email.

^^ I got it as well. Don’t freak out, it probably doesn’t mean anything.

I’m freaking out!!! Just kidding, yeah I don’t think it means anything.

This may be a silly question, but in the email it says decisions will be released at 5 pm EDT, not EST. According to Google 5 pm EDT is 4 pm EST. Are decisions really an hour earlier than I thought?

I got it as well  can’t wait for my rejection letter -.-

EDT = eastern daylight time. East Coast USA is currently in EDT right now. It’s 5 pm.

Oh okay, that makes a lot more sense. Waiting for decisions is making me crazy!

wow I just got my email about decision date like 20 minutes ago.
I guess they sent out emails in batches, considering there are so many applicants.

Probably, I got mine 5mins ago

Did you guys all receive your emails starting off with “Dear Student…”?

Or did the email address you by your name?
