Or do we at least receive the letter on March 29th? thanks.

i think i read somewhere that princeton was going to do RD online and in mail..but it's a bit foggy so i could be wrong.

anyway this is also a bump. woot.

BUMP!!! does anyone knoww for sure?

yes, decisions are going to be posted online, i get an email today saying so.

When?(10 char)

you got an e-mail from Princeton today about that?????

yeah, me too. It basically reminded you to register if you have not already done so, telling you that you are able to check your app's status until 03.10, and that soon thereafter you will be able to log back in for an admissions decision (it said in early april, which hopefully is just a precaution -- I thought I'd be able to check all of my Ivy league decisions online on 03.29).

I didn't get an e-mail; maybe it's because I applied ED, not RD??

Yeah, I didn't get an e-mail either (applied ED)

The email was just urging you to register with whatever system is used for the online application status check. I had already registered and gotten my username and password, but I still got the email instructing me to do so. I clicked around a little and figured out that I had already done it. Since ED kids obviously had their entire app turned in back in November and also probably already have your username/password thing, they just didn't send you the email again.

And I'm pretty sure decisions will be available March 29 since other Ivies are releasing them that day.

i didn't get an email... i applied RD

So Princeton might release decisions online on March 29... interesting. I wonder what time, most likely afternoon?

The e-mail said that it was only sent to applicants who put both an e-mail address and a pin number on their application.

I'm guessing around six in the evening.

yale is sending out at 5PM eastern, so I'm assuming same time for all ivies

Hey, does anyone know how they released RD results the previous years? Since Princeton only mailed ED applicants (which took years to arrive when you're deferred/rejected) and there was no way to check the decision online I'm kinda suspicious of the online decision release thing.

But the status checking page on Princeton site doesn't have anything about admission status checking

where is the princeton status check page? i cant find it... dumbo

Princeton seems to still be saying early April. Maybe this agreement among ivies to give notices at the time doesn't preclude a school from sending the notice out a day or two later. Just guessing.

Admission & Aid --> Undergraduate Admission --> Application for Admission --> Check the status of your application
