Yes…1 person a day, at this rate, we’ll all know within 2 weeks lol. I am still on step 3, by chance are either of you apply to the engineering school?

Nope Mays. Probably the last one to hear I bet.

Ahh, I can’t decide between UT and A&M!!

Did anyone apply to UT as well?

Hey, so I am on step 3. But the corps of cadets called em asking me if I was still planning on attending A&M next semester. I told him I was still waiting on a decision and it caught him off guard…so he said if I get accepted am i interested in joining the corps…I told him no thanks.

that could either mean they were hesitant about my making a decision about me…and the corps was my last chance to get in…or TAMU admissions fails and I just accidnetly figured out I am in? What do you guys think?

Sorry to be worrisome, but are you guys sure this means im in?..could step 5 be a link to appeal the decision?

Nate_Dawg, what happens when you click on “click here to respond to the decision for this application”
?

Outcast, I’ve been called by the Corps of Cadets twice; both times I said no. I think they just call applicants to recruit.

Still on Step 3 (Mays)

mcalvelloxx: now it makes sense. lol when i got my decision last year, i never moved to step 5 and that’s why i was telling you what i knew.

and congrats!!!

Meg52, thanks! You scared me but I still like you
Where are you going to school?

It says this when I click on it: "The ability to accept the offer of admission from Texas A&M University is temporarily unavailable. Please try your request again later…Any thoughts?

You should probably try your request again later

Nate_Dawg, you should call admissions tomorrow.

nate_dawg what was your gpa and school you applied to?

Inter89: thanks for the shred of common sense.
mcalvelloxx: yeah ill be doing that tomorrow.
toast11: Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology so just Engineering Technology, and I had a 3.2—I was prior service army as well.

I was thinking they might do that, but my friends who go there already said they didn’t get any offers from the corps until after they were accepted, but they also didn’t make phone calls back then. Plus, what’d be the point of recruiting people who potentially wont even be accepted or even come? Seems like an unnecessary hassle? I dont know, I am just being stubborn…this long wait has made me desperate for reassurance.

Yeah I don’t get why they would call either, but like I said they called me twice already. One time was about 3 weeks ago, way before any transfers would be accepted. I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with admissions.

What were you doing? lol… I got a 125$ fine by my campus’s police for leaving four feet of rubber infront in thier parking lot hahah…I need new tires anyways. The worst part was that he was on a golf cart (yes I got pulled over by a golf cart) lawl.

And congrats! Still on step 3 for me… Yeah I also got a call lol.

He was like “Hello sir, would you be interested in joining the corps?”
Me: “Nope.”
Him: “Peace.” lol… funniest 3 sec call in the world.

Haha, I hate how they asked for a reason… I just said I’m not interested, then *click.

Oh damn, 3 weeks ago…there goes my hope lol…back to waiting for Step 4…

I got a freaking Minor in Consumption BEFORE I got to Chilifest!!
$350 including lawyer costs.

And a week later, a freaking speeding ticket for going 10 miles over the limit (in a 60 mph road).
$205

■■■

But the college acceptances and my 21 compensate for the tickets…I guess.
