AHHH I’m trying to come up with something good to say.
Nothing yet :P

Looks like AIS is up. But no decision :(

I heard that a lot of freshmen were waitlisted this year at A&M…whats up with that?

Must be the economy.
Due to the high cost of private schools, some kids end up in public universities.

And usually more people apply for the fall, right?
Seniors graduate from high school.

According to TU’s college confidential page, transfer decisions were made as early as yesterday. I hope TAMU is not too far behind. I estimate less than three weeks and thats being very conservative. We’re getting closer.

Yep…UT transfers are finding out today and throughout the week.

Attention Mays business transfers. Has anyone not completed all of the courses on degree track one? Just wanted to know. I’m missing 2.

I have the beers in the fridge ready for when AIS changes…

hey mcalvelloxx,
I see you’re in both UT Austin and A&M discussions, which one do you prefer to go to right now and why? I’m just wondering, because I applied to both as well and I’m still trying to decide, but of course I need to be accepted first

I am so sick of waiting it makes me want to club a baby seal!!

A&M.
Maybe because I just want to get out of Austin and my good friends are in College Station.
After attending AustinCC for almost three semesters, I really don’t feel like I have experienced college…the real deal. I think I will feel like a freshman when I transfer…idk.

I feel like if I go to UT, I will be lost. And what people say is true: at UT you are just another number. UT doesn’t give me that “welcoming vibe” I get every time I visit A&M.

Everyone thinks I’m crazy when I say I want to go to A&M instead of UT.
All people say is “why do you want to live in the middle of nowhere?,” “Everyone there is so conservative and racist” (which is not true).

I just simply like A&M more…
But that’s just me…

I’m so sick of waiting I feel like beating somebody upside the head with my Geology book.

This is cruel and unusual punishment! Mental hospital here I come!

ya i get what you mean about being a number, because I go to Boston University and it’s huge up here as well, so it’s really similar to UT, so that’s why I’m leaning more towards A&M as well, but UT has a better track record and I’m really wanting to get my MBA so I want whatever looks best so I dunno, ahh the wait is excruciating!

Well, remember that the Aggie network is huge.

wow, I’m a dude and I like this show: [YouTube - quarterlife’s Channel](http://www.youtube.com/user/quarterlife)

i hate waiting :(

Man, we probably have like 2-3 weeks to wait.
It’s annoying! I need to know where I’m going to live!!

Yup, I’m expecting news to be made within the next 15 to 22 days. Today is a month after the deadline. Slowly but surely we’re getting there.

i, too, want to get away from houston just like mcalvelloxx want to get away from austin. want to get the feeling of being able to do something else, and different…my chance of doing something new and not exposing to the same place

tinhchoem, exactly.
Time for a change.

:P

I am so sick of that saying lol… If I hear that fifty years down the road, Ill still get a headache lol.

Houston isn’t so bad (katy anyways). I think its more about experiencing college for what it is. I wouldn’t mind going to U of H if I could live on-campus and not with my parents :'(
