When admissions makes admission decisions trying to stay in the "quota" of IS and OOS do they look at majors?

<p>Thank you for that link. I know I had come upon that same information a long time ago, but had no idea how I got to that page! I was unsuccessful with any search that I tried.</p>
<p>We ask for up to two academic interests on the application, but those are just interests. Applicants aren’t applying directly to a major, just to a school within the University.</p>
