I am currently a junior and Georgia Tech is my dream school so I'm hoping that someone will be able to tell me chances of being accepted there.
I have a 4.6 weighted GPA and a 3.79 unweighted GPA.
I have taken 4 AP classes and I have gotten As in 3 of them (Environmental Science, US History, Psychology) and a B in the other one(English--Language and Composition)
I scored a 2100 on my SAT (math=720, reading=680, writing=700)
I live out of state (NC)
I play piano for around 7 hours each week and I also compose music for piano.
I am a member of key club international
That's all! Thanks for your time!

As long as you keep your grades up senior year, take a few more AP classes and write a good essay you will have a good chance. Your SAT is in the middle 50% already, but it might not hurt to take it again or try the ACT. And most important keep your GPA high. Good luck

I agree ^^^

Agree agree ^^^^^^^^^^

Your stats and ECs are real close to my son’s, except he is an all-state violinist.

Your GPA is a little higher.

He was deferred on Early Admission and ultimately notified of admission today.

Keep your GPA as high as possible - that seems to be the factor with the most weight.
