<p>Anyone access Admissions Document Tracking site at the University of Maryland ?
I still see on mine.
High School Transcript (0 of 1 received)<br>
Recommendation letter from teacher (0 of 1 received)<br>
Recommendation letter from counselor (0 of 1 received)<br>
Anyone got received?</p>
<p>For me, everything was received. Call.</p>
<p>I remember last year it took them a while to list everything as received. Wasn’t the deadline just a week ago? Unless something’s changed I wouldn’t worry. It was at least a few weeks last year, maybe more.</p>
<p>I called UMCP. Thay said:

Recommendation letter from teacher (0 of 1 received)
Recommendation letter from counselor (received)
I guess HS sent all 3 docs in 1 envelop. I will wait for 1,2 more weeks. Hope it will be OK.
But if it is missing, what can I do?</p>

<p>I asked about this when at an Admissions event on campus. I was told that if the document was genuinely sent on time, you can have your teacher or guidance counselor call Admissions and tell them what happened. They realize that things happen sometimes. It helps that the rest of your stuff was received on time, so it doesn’t look like you’re just a slacker.</p>
<p>it says on mine everything accepted except for teacher rec. If my teachers sent them halloween weekend, when can i expect it to come up on the tracking site?</p>
<p>My son’s teacher and GC submitted their recommendations online yet they do not show up as being received. Has anyone else had this happen with online recs?</p>
<p>I am having trouble with the tracher rec showing up. I know it was submitted online mid October sometime and then my teacher even sent the paper version to be sure they got it. Still not showing up on the document tracking system??? Should we continue to be patient or call and investigate?</p>
<p>I called Admission office, my Recommendation letter from teacher is not showed. It might be in process, might not sent, might lost somewhere… might be anything. They recommend if 1 or 2 weeks , still not showed on document tracking, Ask the teacher send again.</p>
<p>my document tracking has said 0 of 1 teacher recommendations rec’d for about 2 weeks now. I called they said they had rec’d them just didn’t update their site. I would call if I were you so that you have peace of mind!:)</p>
<p>Well…problem resolved! I checked again this morning and the teacher recommendation is now posted as received. It took quite a while - they must really be behind in updating the document tracking information. Now we wait …</p>

<p>Ahhhhh! I’m freaking out here cuz I sent my stuff exactly on Nov 1st and the counselor/teacher recs and my transcript still haven’t been processed! Should I be really worried? Should I call?</p>
<p>krmh11, I would still wait a few more days. They say that it can sometimes take two weeks to process and update their system. I wouldn’t worry.</p>
<p>My child’s info took a fairly long time to post as in. I won’t worry either.</p>

<p>If teacher sent couple days before Nov 1, you will have soon. My son’s teacher sent around Oct 25, yesterday morning I called, still no shown, ask teacher , she give again and we plan to drive there to give to admission office . Before leaving, I called again and it is there. This morning, it updated on the WEB site. Relief.</p>
<p>I’m starting to worry. My teacher letter of recommendation still does not show as received. I asked him when he sent it and he told me the 29th of October. I emailed UMD on Tuesday inquiring, and they just told me to be patient as it can take 3 weeks. But it’s already been over 3 weeks. What should I do?</p>
