Admissions Resigned

Ok so, here's my question... After looking into FSU and touring and applying, I've noticed a big emphasis on 'admissions resignition' and how FSU is big on looking into your senior year grades and making sure they're up to par. Well, what are grounds for a resignition?

See, I'm taking AICE Math which is college-level, and my worst subject. First semester I made a D! (First D on my transcript, ugh).. So, I'm working hard to bring my grade up to a C atleast, but if I end up with a D, should I be worried that last minute they'll take back their admissions offer? Do only kids who totally flunk and screw up senior year get their admissions resigned, or do I, a kid who made a D in advanved math, have a chance of this? Will they allow me to have a D, and keep my acceptance?

I ask this bc they do admissions reignitions AFTER high school is over, which means my back up school (USF) will not be an option because the deposit is due May 1... I'm afraid I'll be stuck college-less.

All because of one stinkin' D. (Which I hope will become a C) Also, did any of you get into FSU with a D senior year, and were fine?

You need to be on the phone with FSU admissions now. A D may be grounds for having your admission rescinded.

Sorry, I mean rescinded… I can’t spell.

First semester you made a D in a class? Contact admissions, because that is potential grounds for being rescinded. No matter what level the class is.
