sorry i've been spamming the uconn discussion box haha

I wouldnt worry very much b/c all of my stuff was recieved october 24th and i havent heard anything as well. Im starting to get worried but i must say that there are students in my grade with very good averages and SATs that havent heard either. A friend i know has a 95 avg. and a 1200 SAT so i think hell easily get in and he hasnt heard anything yet. At least you were almost a month after me so I would worry if I were you

Same here. I’m starting to freak out because everyone around me is getting accepted to uconn. Out of curiosity does it take longer to get accepted if your majoring in chemistry rather than art. Because my friends who got accepted were majoring in that field. Also another question, if you applied to the uconn combined medicine and dental program does it take longer for them to reply to you.

I don’t know about the art vs. chemistry question, but my son applied to the combined medical/dental program and got his UConn acceptance 11/11/11. (he applied 9/19, so very early though). The admission decision is separate from the medical program decision.

Some UConn admissions decisions do not come until January, so I would be patient. It has nothing to do with when you sent in your application. Some people who send their EA applications in later receive their decisions earlier than people who send their EA applications earlier.
